Wonderful soothing atmosphere, very clean & hygienic, location excellent, though the road is busy yet the same will not create any hindrance in entering the hotel. Plenty of car parking facilities. Personnel are well educated & well behaved. Beautiful restaurant, moderate price according to the status of the hotel. Excellent complimentary breakfast with full of diversity. I am fully satisfied and strongly recommend others for staying in this hotel at Dhanbad. Mr.Arko Nandy you are fabulous. Please convey my regards to you all. My best wishes will always be with you. 🙏

This is a good corporate hotel in Dhanbad. Food also good, as they prepare food as per your choice. I ordered for home style food, it was really delicious. Great cooking by Mr. Arka Bera ( Chef) The room service staffs Mr. Sukesh & Mr. Mithun are very polite and good in behaviour. At last , I would like Mr. Sudhir Ji for excellent coordination and support every time , I reach hotel. The best part is he never told “NO” for any food request given. Thanks again Team Sonotel

Went beyond his duty to make our stay easy by providing good and Swift service and understanding our requirements. The rooms are clean and spacious.
